Emilio Parker – Attorney Profile

I attended law school at Golden Gate University School of Law, graduating in 2010. During law school, I worked at the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office.

I was admitted to practice law in the State of California in 2011 and began my career as an attorney at La Raza Centro Legal in San Francisco practicing employment and immigration law.

In 2012, I joined Beles and Beles Law Offices where I continue to represent clients in immigration and criminal matters. I am currently defending clients in immigration court in Asylum, Cancellation of Removal, Adjustment of Status and Bond Proceedings and helping clients with family petitions, U-Visas, citizenship, VAWA, SIJS, motions to reopen, reconsider and terminate proceedings. I also work with clients to reduce criminal charges and vacate convictions which have immigration consequences.

I have also been successful in appealing decisions of Immigration Judges to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

I am admitted to practice in California, all immigration courts, the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Central, and Southern District of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. More importantly, I am a Certified Immigration & Naturalization Law Specialist, accredited by the Board of Specialization of the State Bar of California.

My wife, Alexis, and I have been married since 2011 and have two sons and one daughter. I enjoy playing soccer and spending time with my family.
